  1. My comment: That was cool. I don't know what the point was supposed to be, but it really reminded me of the city, particularly New York. In most of the pictures, I could really see the busy-ness and the way there are so many people crammed together, yet still separate, and the contrast between the dull gray of the city itself and the brightly colored people.
My question: Okay, how did he do that, getting everyone in the picture to be doing the same thing? Was that a coincidence, or did he tell everyone who was walking a dog or wearing red to stand in the same area or tell everyone around to start talking on the cell phones at the same time? I mean, one or two of those I could get, but how on earth did he get so many?

  2. Hi Jessica,

Thanks for doing what I asked. We will talk about these pics in class on Wednesday.

  3. Comment: My favorite part about this picture was the pigeons. They not only set a high contrast between their bleach white feathers and the dark clothes of all the people, but they also make the already hectic scene much more crazy.
Question: How is no one looking directly at the camera? He would have to be pretty close to them because it looks like there is a building right behind him. I know whenever I see a random person with a camera really close to me, I just instinctively look at it.
